8 Segundos: O Desafio (2026)

In Barretos, Brazil's rodeo capital, Helena (Letícia Augustin) lives a double life: by day, she's a dedicated doctor; by night, she secretly trains to become a professional bull rider — a pursuit her rancher father Sinval (Werner Schünemann) vehemently opposes. Her brother João Donato (Rafael Cardoso), an international rodeo champion, understands her passion but cannot bridge the generational divide. As Helena prepares for a make-or-break competition, she must navigate family expectations, gender barriers in a male-dominated sport, and the physical risks that come with eight seconds on a bucking bull.
