Synopsis
In a quiet provincial town in the Philippines, Lily, the sheltered and naïve daughter of the local mayor, returns home with a shocking discovery. While spending time with a powerful family friend, she secretly records a disturbing incident of animal cruelty that reveals the dark underbelly of the town's elite.
Armed with the video evidence, Lily finds herself thrust into a dangerous game of morality and politics.
