Doctor Who: The Satan Pit (2026)

The TARDIS materializes on Sanctuary Base 6, a human outpost orbiting the black hole K37 Gem 5 — an impossibility, since the planet shouldn't exist. The Doctor and Rose meet a crew drilling toward the planet's core, served by the telepathic Ood. As the drill breaches the pit, an ancient consciousness awakens, possessing Toby Zed and turning the Ood into a hive-minded army. With the planet falling into the black hole and the Beast claiming to be the Devil himself, the Doctor must descend into the pit while Rose leads a desperate escape above.

Separated by miles of rock and conflicting timelines, the Doctor confronts the Beast in its true form while Rose fights to keep the crew alive. The film explores whether evil is a primordial force or a construct of belief, as the Doctor faces an entity that knows his past, his future, and his deepest fears.
