Synopsis
Undocumented Filipina cleaner Luz (Mercedes Cabral) works at a luxury Swiss ski resort, sending money home to Manila to fund a custody battle for her six-year-old daughter. When a chance encounter with a French guest (Alexis Manenti) opens a dangerous avenue for quick cash, Luz navigates escalating moral compromises while the resort's polished surface conceals the precarity of its invisible workforce.
As the custody deadline looms, Luz's choices grow riskier — theft, deception, and an ambiguous arrangement with the guest — forcing her to weigh her daughter's future against her own integrity. The Alpine setting amplifies the isolation, turning the resort into a gilded cage where every interaction carries hidden costs.
