Synopsis

Zaila Wafford (Miya Moore), a 31-year-old professional, confronts entrenched gender inequality in her workplace, risking her career and relationships to demand systemic change. As she navigates resistance from colleagues and management, her fight ripples through her personal life, testing bonds with her sister Justine (Meloney Moore) and forcing uneasy alliances.

With a runtime of just 70 minutes, the film compresses a sprawling social struggle into a handful of pivotal confrontations, using a stylized internal "Voice" (Emmanuel Idowu) to externalize Zaila’s resolve. The story builds toward a climactic stand that promises to alter not only her future but the dynamics of labor itself.
