Ghosts of the Gold Rush (2026)

From the team behind Haunted Discoveries, Ghosts of the Gold Rush follows a group of investigators as they travel to California's historic mining towns — including the infamous Hangtown (now Placerville) — to examine legends of vigilante violence, a deadly mining catastrophe, and persistent reports of paranormal activity. Blending archival research, on-site exploration, and overnight vigils, the film asks whether the brutality of the 19th-century gold fever left an imprint that transcends recorded history.
