Synopsis

Private investigator Jimmy Sentoro (Daniel Houston) is pulled back into a world he thought he'd left when a string of murders targets his oldest friends. The killer wears a mask, the motives are opaque, and the only official ally on offer is Chief Mackerel (Matthew Dinsmore), a law-enforcement figure whose nickname suggests either a surreal sense of humor or a very specific backstory.

Forced into an uneasy partnership with district attorney Charlie Kent, Sentoro navigates a suspect list that apparently includes "everyone…probably." As the body count rises and the mask stays fixed, the case becomes less about whodunit and more about whether a 50-minute runtime can contain a satisfying answer.
