Synopsis
After a breakthrough role a decade earlier, actress Misty Green (Rosalind Eleazar) finds herself stuck in a cycle of bit parts and humiliating auditions. Her agent Jordan (Chris Rock) can barely get her in the room, and her ex-husband Zach (Adam Driver) watches from the sidelines as she considers walking away from the craft entirely.
When an unconventional director offers her a risky, career-defining part, Misty must navigate the industry's ageism, her own eroding confidence, and the complicated dynamics of her past relationships to decide what kind of comeback — if any — she truly wants.
