Synopsis
In the small town of Fern, Texas, former news-producer Meg (Amy Acker) crosses paths with Billy Kane (Luke Macfarlane), her college crush and one-time audition partner who parlayed her on-camera freeze into a Hollywood hosting career. Now a celebrity on the brink of cancellation after an on-air gaffe, Billy returns home to lay low at his sister's ranch — where his nephew Graham (Isaiah Haegert) participates in the horse-therapy program run by Meg's father. When an injury sidelines her dad ahead of the annual Reindeer Roundup, Billy is enlisted as host, forcing Meg to confront old wounds and decide whether the man who once benefited from her failure deserves a second chance.
