In the 48 hours surrounding President Kennedy's assassination, the Chicago Outfit's top enforcers — Johnny Roselli, Sam Giancana, and Anthony Accardo — scramble to contain fallout from their alleged ties to the killer, Lee Harvey Oswald. As Jack Ruby positions himself for a fatal encounter, old loyalties fracture and the mob's political protectors grow nervous. The film reconstructs these frantic hours through the eyes of the Outfit, drawing on accounts from the Giancana family to suggest a conspiracy rooted in betrayal, not ideology.
