Synopsis

Deputy headteacher Tony Evans (Rhys Ifans) and pianist-composer Emma Dretzin (Laura Linney) lead separate, orderly lives until a routine medical appointment delivers the same life-altering news: both have early-onset Parkinson's disease. Thrown together by circumstance, they navigate the tremor of diagnosis, the friction of contrasting personalities, and the quiet terror of an uncertain future — finding unexpected connection in the spaces where control slips away.
