Synopsis

Decades after serving as the Vietnam War's first Black special operations unit, three veterans — Mia, Thad, and Brock — reunite to recount their covert missions, the racism they faced within their own ranks, and the silence that followed their return home. Through archival footage and candid present-day conversations, the film traces their journey from recruitment through combat to the long aftermath, revealing a chapter of American military history deliberately omitted from official records.

As they piece together fragmented memories and confront the government's denial of their unit's existence, the men grapple with what it means to bear witness — not just to war, but to erasure. Their reunion becomes both testimony and reckoning.
