The Soul Whisperer (2026)

Theresia is called to the home of Varkichan, an ailing patriarch, to perform a traditional vigil as he nears death. But death does not come on schedule. As hours bleed into days, the ritual watch becomes a pressure cooker: family members circle, old grievances resurface, and Theresia finds herself confronting not just Varkichan’s past but her own complicity in the silences that held the family together.

Set almost entirely within the walls of a single house, the film unfolds in real-time-adjacent rhythms, using the stalled death as a catalyst to excavate buried memories and unresolved histories that refuse to stay hidden.
