In a sleepy North Indian town, an ambitious mayor (Ayushmann Khurrana) orchestrates a grandiose patriotic rally to win votes, enlisting a charismatic journalist (Sara Ali Khan) to amplify the spectacle. As the event spirals into a media circus, rival politicians, local bureaucrats, and ordinary citizens get caught in a whirlwind of staged nationalism, forcing everyone to confront the gap between performative pride and genuine civic responsibility.
