UNBROKEN: The Untold Story of Shen Yun (2026)

UNBROKEN: The Untold Story of Shen Yun follows the internationally touring classical Chinese dance company Shen Yun Performing Arts as its members — many raised in the United States — rise to prominence on the world stage. While the troupe garners acclaim for its elaborate productions, it also becomes the focus of escalating smear campaigns, threats, and alleged interference linked to the Chinese Communist Party. The film blends personal portraits of the dancers with investigative reporting to explore what happens when artistic expression collides with authoritarian pressure.
